What is the JanSport Lifetime Warranty?

JanSport engineers its products to be durable, functional, and versatile. Whether you're headed to a concert, to class, or going off the grid—we've got your back. If your pack ever breaks down, simply return it to our warranty center. We'll fix it or if we can't, we'll replace it.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer 2-day and Next Day Air shipping options for those who need their gear faster. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your JanSport. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags still attached.

How should I clean my backpack?

We recommend spot cleaning your pack with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use detergent or bleach, and never put your backpack in the washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the fabric integrity and coatings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for interest-free installments.

Are JanSport backpacks waterproof?

While our packs are made with water-resistant materials like Cordura and 600 Denier Polyester to protect against light rain, they are not fully waterproof. We recommend using a rain cover for heavy downpours.
